Privacy

In short: we only use your details to answer your request or message. We don’t sell anything and we don’t track you.

Which details

When you fill in a form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever else you enter: phone number, organisation, date, town and your message.

What for

To answer your request, plan a show and email or call you about it. Not for newsletters or advertising.

Where it’s stored

Your request arrives by email with the band and at info@mia-automation.com, and booking requests go into the band’s booking overview (Google Workspace). We keep requests for up to two years after the last contact.

Cookies and measurement

We measure visits and ticket sales with Google Analytics, but only if you say yes in the bar at the bottom. Without a yes nothing from Google loads and the site sets no cookie. With a yes, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga) and sees which pages you view, where you came from and whether you order tickets. Your name and email address never go to Google; advertising features are off. Google keeps the data for 14 months.

Your choice is stored on your own device for 12 months. Changed your mind? Change your choice. Spotify and videos only load when you press play yourself; from that moment the terms of that service apply.

View or delete

Want to know what we have on you, or want us to delete it? Email info@mia-automation.com. Data controller: De Peppers, North Brabant, the Netherlands.

Buying tickets

When you buy a ticket, we keep your name, your email address, the number of tickets, the language of your order, the payment status and your ticket codes. We use them to send your tickets, scan them at the door and help you if something goes wrong. To prevent abuse we also keep the IP address of your order.

Payment runs through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland). You enter your bank or card details at Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We send the email with your tickets through Google Workspace from info@mia-automation.com.

We delete your name, email address and IP address three months after the show. What Dutch tax law requires us to keep (amount, date and payment reference) we keep for seven years. If you tick the newsletter box, you first get an email to confirm; without confirmation we do not send you the newsletter.

Want to know what we keep about you, or have something corrected or deleted? Email info@mia-automation.com.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address, the language you want your emails in, where on the site you signed up, when you signed up and confirmed, which version of the sign-up text you saw, and an irreversibly encrypted version of your IP address (against abuse). If you enter your first name, we keep that too.

You are only on the list after you click the link in our confirmation email. If you don’t confirm, we erase your sign-up after 30 days.

We send the newsletter ourselves, from info@mia-automation.com. We use no external newsletter service and no tracking pixels, and we share your data with no one. Links to our own site carry a campaign label, so we can see that a visit came from the newsletter (not who it was).

You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every email. Want to know what we keep about you, or want us to erase everything? Email info@mia-automation.com.
