Terms, delivery and returns

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. You pay shipping once per order; you see the amount in your basket before you check out. We pass it on at the price the print shop charges us.

Through Stripe, with card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card details.

Each piece is printed only when you order, by our print shop in the Netherlands. That usually takes one or two working days. A parcel then takes one to two days within the Netherlands, two to three to Belgium and Germany, and three to five elsewhere in Europe. Once it ships, you get the tracking link by email.

Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, starting the day you receive the parcel. Let us know within those 14 days (email, or the form below) and send it back within 14 days after that, unused and well packed. Return postage is yours. We refund the item price and the original shipping cost within 14 days.

For everything in the shop right now, yes. By law it does not cover items made to your own specifications, such as with your name or your photo on it. We do not sell those at the moment.

Sorry about that. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You get a replacement or your money back, at no cost to you. Your statutory guarantee applies as well.

Want to cancel? Email us: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [items], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [PM-…], name [name], address [address], date [today]." Your own message with the same details works too.

We use your name, address and email to make and ship your order and keep you posted. The print shop only gets your name and address. More in our privacy statement.
