What we know about Germany in 2027
Nothing is announced. The official tour page is empty and Ticketmaster.de lists no concerts. The band is writing its next album; after every album since 2006 a world tour followed, and Germany was always on it.
The one 2027 date going around, a festival in Rosario in Argentina on 12 June, was denied by the band with "Sorry not us" (Noticias NQN).

Figures from Billboard Boxscore, via the Unlimited Love Tour article. Mannheim had Iggy Pop and The Mars Volta as support; the 2022 shows had A$AP Rocky and Thundercat, although The Strokes had been announced.
Every tour since 2002
According to setlist.fm the band has played Germany 79 times, from the Loreley in 1985 to Mannheim in 2023. Since 2002:

Two details from those nights: the second verse of Scar Tissue on the Live at Slane Castle release was taken from the Duisburg show of 21 August 2003, and at Rock im Pott in 2012 guitarist Josh Klinghoffer played seated with a broken foot (both on setlist.fm).
Festivals
Rock am Ring and Rock im Park (2004 and 2016), Southside and Hurricane (2002), Rock im Pott (2012), the Bizarre Festival in Cologne (1999), Superbang in Düren (1994) and Rockpalast at the Loreley (1985). In 2022 and 2023 the band played its own stadium shows instead of festivals.
How the presale worked last time
For 2023 the tour was announced on 5 December 2022. Then, in order (Mannheim24, Blabbermouth):
- 6 December: presale for fans via the band's own site.
- 7 December, 10:00: PayPal Priority (Live Nation) and MagentaMusik Prio Tickets (Telekom), each for 48 hours.
- 8 December: Ticketmaster presale.
- 9 December, 10:00: general sale on Livenation.de, Ticketmaster.de and Eventim.de.
For 2022 it went the same way: announcement on 7 October 2021, presales from 12 October (fan club, album pre-orders, Samsung, Telekom), the general sale on 15 October (Ticketmaster blog). From announcement to sale it took four to eight days; the shows came six to eight months later.

Live in the meantime
Until the band comes back to Germany, you can hear the songs from a tribute band. We are one: De Peppers, a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band from the Netherlands. We are not the Red Hot Chili Peppers and we do not sell tickets for their concerts. On Saturday 12 December 2026 we play Soos Plock in Volkel, less than an hour's drive from the German border.
